John Putnam, Peter Kirsch to Present on NextGen Implementation

ACC Institute

On November 16, 2017, partners John Putnam and Peter Kirsch will participate in an ACC Institute online training program called "The FAA Process for Involving Airports in NextGen Implementation: Lessons from the Phoenix Litigation."  This program will provide an overview of the Court of Appeals decision in Phoenix v. • Forrmulate and evaluate plans for airport involvement in NextGen planning and implementation.
  • Explain the role of airport sponsors in NextGen implementation to airport management and to the public.
