Ms. Cross concentrates her practice on matters relating to land use, local governments, state regulatory agencies, and enforcement of state and federal environmental laws. Ms. Cross gained experience in natural resources law and policy issues while serving as a researcher for the Natural Resources Law Center at the University of Colorado, where her work focused on oil and gas best management practices and western water law. Ms. Cross' experience also includes legislative research and policy work as a clerk to the Texas State Legislature.
