The firm's niche nationwide practice focuses on representing local and state governments, individual and corporate clients on complex and controversial matters that are subject to intense public scrutiny, and involve the intersection of public and private interests. The firm's Washington office primarily represents clients in federal regulatory and legislative matters concerning airports, urban rail systems, and the regulation and environmental impacts of transportation-related development projects.
