Lisa Reynolds has experience litigating on behalf of clients in state and federal court as well as in administrative proceedings. Her practice also includes counseling municipalities, airport authorities, and non-profit organizations on regulatory and administrative law matters, including NEPA, FLPMA, local land use regulation and air and rail transit regulations.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Reynolds was an assistant professor of political science at Arizona State University, where her research and teaching focused on election law and the evolution of American political parties.
