We are eager to share that we are a finalist in the category of "Legal Advisor of the Year" by P3 Bulletin.  Some of the projects that lead to us being selected as a finalist include representing Denver’s Regional Transportation District in connection with the EAGLE P3 project; representing Snohomish County, WA, both in connection with the negotiation of a public-private partnership with Propeller Airports and with related FAA approvals; and representing the Colorado Department of Transportation, High Performance Transportation Enterprise, and Bridge Enterprise in the procurement of the Central 70 project.
