Firm client Coventry Development Corporation is the master community developer for a mixed-use community in Douglas County, Colorado.  Coventry recently donated a land lease in perpetuity—on part of the historic Schweiger Ranch—to a project that will build a property called Tall Tales Ranch for developmentally disabled people.  To learn more about this project, read a recent article published by The Littleton Independent.
