Angelica Pedraza’s practice focuses on real estate, land use, and public and private financing. She represents public and private sector clients with small- and large-scale development projects.
Prior to joining the firm, Angelica was a senior associate in the real estate group of a national law firm where she represented investment banks, insurance companies, commercial banks, and other financial institutions in real estate finance transactions. Her practice included financing a variety of property types: retail, multifamily, office, hotel and industrial assets, as well as multi-asset portfolios. Angelica also previously worked at a global law firm where, in addition to her real estate practice, she worked on leveraged finance transactions in Latin America.
Angelica interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York where she worked on national security and cybercrimes matters.
