Emily Eads focuses on transaction matters related to transportation and infrastructure. She has experience advising public sector agencies, project sponsors, and contractors in connection with procurement, project delivery, and project financing. She advises clients on the procurement of major projects, including public-private partnership delivery mechanisms.
Emily was previously an advisor with a large international infrastructure advisory firm, serving as a manager, providing financial analysis and strategic advice with respect to P3 transactions, and advising on design-build projects across the highway, rail, airports, and real estate sectors. Prior to law school, Emily was a civil engineer in Australia, where she worked for both public and private entities in the development and delivery of large infrastructure projects in the road and rail sector.
