Suyash S. Raiborde

Suyash Raiborde’s practice focuses on a variety of infrastructure projects, real estate, and finance matters.  Suyash has experience representing developers, financial institutions, property owners, and tenants.  He also has advised newly formed and established companies on a variety of finance, corporate governance, M&A, and foreign in-bound investment matters.  Suyash has counseled clients in a wide range of industries, including finance, government, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Representative Experience

Currently represents or previously represented:

  • The Regents of the University of Colorado on the development of an on-campus hotel and conference center through a public-private partnership, including transaction structuring, negotiations with private partners, and development of transaction documentation
  • The San Bernardino County Transportation Authority on the procurement phase to replace the aging Mount Vernon Viaduct, which spans the largest intermodal rail yard in California’s Inland Empire
  • The City of Denver’s Performance Based Infrastructure P3 Office and the Office of the National Western Center on the structuring and procurement of the 62-acre “Triangle” DBFOM P3 project, which will include the construction of a 10,000-seat arena, an expo hall, renovation of a historic 1909 building into a public market and community center, and significant structured parking assets. The project is likely to be structured as a hybrid availability payment and market rate real estate development revenue-risk P3. The “Triangle” is part of the City’s larger expansion and redevelopment of the National Western Stock Show into a new, 270-acre, state-of-the art multipurpose campus
  • The Milwaukee’s General Mitchell International Airport as underwriter’s counsel on recent financing 
  • Massachusetts Port Authority, bond counsel for recent issuances of revenue bonds, subordinated obligations, commercial paper, and special facility revenue bonds for fuel system improvements

Prior to joining the Firm, Suyash:

  • Represented a local governmental entity in a redevelopment project with a total deal value of $1 billion
  • Represented tenant in a leasing transaction for a medical office building portfolio valued at $240 million
  • Acted as borrower’s counsel in a $31 million term loan and revolver secured in part by real estate and stock
  • Represented a packaging solutions company in an asset sale for $33 million
  • Advised on corporate and real estate matters in a $300 million foreign direct investment by an overseas manufacturer
  • Acted as buyer’s counsel in the purchase of various pharmaceutical assets
