Suyash S. Raiborde

Suyash Raiborde’s practice focuses on project delivery, real estate, and construction matters nationally. His work routinely involves representing both public and private sector entities in the structuring, financing, procurement, contract negotiation, and contract administration of major infrastructure projects, including related transactions. Suyash enjoys working with the many stakeholders across disciplines, learning the unique aspects of each project, and presenting tailored solutions. 

Representative Experience


Currently represents or previously represented:

  • Milwaukee’s General Mitchell International Airport as underwriter’s counsel on recent financing
  • Massachusetts Port Authority, bond counsel for recent issuances of revenue bonds, subordinated obligations, commercial paper, and special facility revenue bonds for fuel system improvements
  • New York’s MTA Construction & Development in connection with its design-build program including procurement of a multi-station design-build-maintenance ADA accessibility station upgrade project 
  • The Regents of the University of Colorado on the development of an on-campus hotel and conference center through a public-private partnership, including transaction structuring, negotiations with private partners, and development of transaction documentation 
  • The City and County of Honolulu in connection with an availability payment procurement for the Honolulu Rapid Transit System 
  • The San Bernardino County Transportation Authority on the procurement phase to replace the aging Mount Vernon Viaduct, which spans the largest intermodal rail yard in California’s Inland Empire 
  • The San Bernardino County Transportation Authority in connection with a design-build-operate-maintain autonomous vehicle / tunnel transit connector to Ontario airport 
  • The City and County of Denver in connection with the National Western Center “Triangle” project as a hybrid design-build-finance-operate-maintain (DBFOM) P3 
  • Real estate developers in negotiating, drafting, and administering construction contracts for a variety of residential, commercial and industrial facilities

Prior to joining the Firm, Suyash has experience representing developers, financial institutions, property owners, and tenants. He also has advised newly formed and established companies on a variety of finance, corporate governance, M&A, and foreign in-bound investment matters. Suyash has counseled clients in a wide range of industries, including finance, government, healthcare, and manufacturing.
