Last Dollar Ranch

Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell attorneys represented the owner of the Last Dollar Ranch in the conveyance of a conservation easement to the American Farmland Trust.  The Ranch is located on the Dallas Divide near Telluride, Colorado.  We counseled this client through the many decisions that a landowner makes when considering a conservation easement.  Our team coordinated the efforts of various experts, including the appraiser, biologist, surveyor, and title insurance company.  The preservation of this magnificent landscape provides a great benefit for the people of the state of Colorado and is one of the many hundreds of conservation easement transactions handled by Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell attorneys.
