Gabby is committed to serving Native American tribes and supporting tribal interests. As a citizen of the Habematolel Pomo of Upper Lake, she brings both a personal connection and a thoughtful legal understanding to her work with tribal nations.
She has advised clients on a broad range of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and dissolution, corporate governance, and compliance.
Gabby is the secretary for the Constitutional Review Committee of the Habematolel Pomo of Upper Lake. Through her work with this Committee, Gabby has gained experience in policy making and tribal governance.
In law school, Gabby served as the Co-Chair for the Native American Law Students Association (NALSA) and was heavily involved in volunteering with the Food Justice Project (FJP) and the Legal Aid Association of California (LAAC).
Her work at the Firm focuses on Native American law and policy, as well as environmental issues.
