The session will explore the legal and practical considerations airport sponsors may face when dealing with problematic tenants and aeronautical users. Nicholas will discuss strategy considerations, regulatory tools, and compliance options available to airport sponsors while addressing their legal obligations to reasonably accommodate aeronautical activities.
