Allison Fultz Departs Firm for Federal Railroad Administration

Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell wishes our former partner, Allison Ishihara Fultz, much success as she undertakes her new role as Chief Counsel at the Federal Railroad Administration. Chief Counsel is the principal legal advisor to the Administrator and provides executive direction over the General Law Division and Safety Law Division of the FRA. Allison has been our colleague since 2007 and has contributed enormously to the growth and success of our clients in the rail and transit space.
