This article describes EPA’s 2002 “Proposal Guidelines for Brownfields Assessment, Revolving Loan Fund and Cleanup Grants.”  These guidelines provide assistance to applicants desiring to submit proposals for brownfields grants.  The article describes the various federal funding programs, eligible applicants, eligible response sites, eligible costs and also explains the application process.
