On March 5, 2012, the FAA proposed to amend 14 C.F.R. Part 16, Rules of Practice for Federally-Assisted Airport Enforcement Proceedings.  The proposed amendments are extensive and cover a variety of subjects, including:  motions for summary judgment or dismissal, complainant standing, optional electronic filing, civil rights claims filed pursuant to 49 C.F.R. Part 26, intervention, corrective action plans, and many other topics.  Comments on the proposed amendments must be filed on or before May 4, 2012.
