The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) published a Notice in the Federal Register announcing final agency actions relating to the environmental review of nine public transportation projects in Colorado, Iowa, Alaska, California, Texas, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Florida, and Pennsylvania.  The Notice activates the limitation on claims for judicial review, as set forth at 23 U.S.C. 139(l).  The deadline for filing a petition for judicial review of the listed actions is March 22, 2011.
