On July 27, 2016, John Putnam participated in a webinar for the Colorado Municipal League (CML) to discuss the opportunities and challenges that the state of Colorado is facing with drones.  Unmanned aerial systems provide new capacity to provide improved municipal service at lower cost, including utility operations, fire and police service, and property management.
