The Cotter Corp. owned the non-operating uranium mill property south of Cañon City for decades before it was sold Friday to Colorado Legacy Land.  The Central City Schwartzwalder Mine also was sold to the company.  Firm attorneys Polly Jessen, Bill Silberstein, Hanna Gustafsson, and Lilya Mitelman represented the buyer.
