At the virtual Airport Law Workshop (because of the COVID 19 pandemic), Peter Kirsch and Matt Adams discussed the legal challenges that arise in the development of both aeronautical and non-aeronautical projects at airports.  Focusing on the parallel paths of planning and environmental reviews, the session explored the different review and approval  processes depending upon the proposed project and how the unique regulatory environment makes airport development is different from other similar development.
