At the Wyoming Airport Operators Association, Peter Kirsch presented a discussion about best practices and basics for airport sponsors’ evaluation of risk and management risk.  The presentation focused on the basics of airport sponsors’ liability with a particular focus on management of financial risks in light of federal regulation of airport financial matters.
