It’s Required – Airport Contract and Solicitation Language

When procuring and negotiating all types of contracts, airports must include certain federally required language. Firm partner Nick Clabbers and Airports Council International – North America will present an informative webinar this Thursday, March 28, on what must be included in airport procurements and contract documents and strategies for negotiating with airport counterparties.
