On April 17, 2018, Nick DiMascio moderated a panel discussion on NEPA and Climate Change for the Colorado Bar Association. This CLE luncheon addressed sthe scope of a federal agency’s duty to analyze project-level greenhouse gas emissions under NEPA and included discussion among experts from the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Solicitor’s Office, academia, and the environmental non-profit community.
This discussion focused on three recent federal court decisions:

- WildEarth Guardians v. BLM, 870 F.3d 1222 (10th Cir. 2017)
