Description: This course provided participants with a basic overview of Colorado House Bill 10-1188. House Bill 10-1188 clarifies the scope of the existing rights of navigation of guides employed by river outfitters. The legislation seeks to codify the right of commercial rafting outfitters to float on rivers that pass through private property.
