Partners Peter Kirsch and Steven Osit will be presenting at the Southwest Chapter of the American Association of Airport Executives (SWAAAE) 64th Annual Airport Management Short Course on January 20th, in Monterey, CA. Their presentations, at the special Role of the Airport Attorney Workshop, will discuss current legal issues of concern to airport managers and lawyers including private investment opportunities, FAA’s new land use policy and section 163 determinations, environmental issues, airport security requirements, and treatment of scheduled charter operations.
