This program will give an overview of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA), and the Colorado Open Meetings Act (COMA). For illustrative purposes, the course will also describe and compare the Public Records Acts and the Public Meetings Laws of Florida and California.
