The Wall Street Journal published an article featuring the Firm’s representation of the Town of East Hampton in their efforts to control the noise from helicopters over the east end of Long Island.  The Firm has represented the Town of East Hampton for many years in their efforts to achieve a balance between preserving the quiet, tranquil environment for which the Hamptons are rightfully famous and the increased desire of visitors and residents to travel from Manhattan to the Hamptons by helicopter.
