On February 5, 2008, the Transportation Research Board released its first Legal Research Digest under the Airport Cooperative Research Program. Kaplan Kirsch’s Dan Reimer prepared the Compilation of Airport Law Resources, which includes over 500 sources, cases and documents relating to airport law. The Digest includes both an index of federal sources for conducting research and a topical index. The Digest can be obtained free from the TRB website and is available at:
