Kaplan Kirsch is advising NJ Transit on the Gateway Program. This $23 billion initiative encompasses a range of railroad infrastructure projects. Key elements include the new Hudson Tunnel and rehabilitation of the existing tunnel between New Jersey and New York. Additional projects span the corridor between New York Penn Station and Newark Penn Station. The Firm advises on the governance structure of the multi-party Gateway Development Corporation and the bi-state Gateway Development Commission.
