I rely on my background in government and my experience handling litigation and regulatory matters to counsel and advocate for clients facing complex legal problems.
Grant’s practice focuses on transportation law, encompassing a broad range of issues related to the development, operation, and legal aspects of public transportation and infrastructure projects. He assists clients in navigating environmental regulations, land use policies, procurement procedures, and representing clients in litigation related to transportation projects.
Prior to joining the Firm, Grant was a Law Clerk to Judge Raymond J. Lohier, Jr. in the United States Courts of Appeals Second Circuit and to Chief Judge David J. Barron in the United States Courts of Appeals First Circuit, which provided him with valuable insights into the judicial process and the interpretation of laws relevant to transportation and infrastructure projects. In prior private practice, Grant represented local government clients in litigation, regulatory, and transactional matters. Prior to law school, Grant was a budget analyst at New York City Transit.
