Jason focuses his practice on real estate, land use, and transactional matters. He advises clients on a range of commercial real estate projects, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development. Jason’s background includes experience with title and survey review, transactional drafting, due diligence, and zoning research for complex commercial and municipal projects.
Before attending law school, Jason worked in commercial real estate brokerage and asset management, representing clients in sales and leasing transactions across the Colorado Front Range and overseeing leasing and operations for a multi-tenant industrial property. His prior experience in real estate informs his practical, business-oriented approach to legal problem solving.
Jason earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he served as President of the Land Use Law Society. He also holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver’s Burns School of Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
