Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell partner, Allison Fultz, has been selected as a “Rising Star” in the 2014 Washington, DC, Super Lawyers list. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in the District are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive the designation as “Super Lawyer” and the “Rising Star” category is limited to lawyers who have been practicing in their field less than ten years.
Allison dedicates her practice to transactional and regulatory matters concerning transportation and infrastructure projects. She has broad experience representing private entities, state and municipal governments before the Surface Transportation Board, other federal agencies, and various state and federal courts in connection with the acquisition and abandonment of railroad rights-of-way, rails-to-trails proposals, environmental reporting, agency rulemaking and high-speed rail development. Allison speaks widely at professional conferences on these topics.
