Transportation Mega Projects: Best Practices for Project Delivery, Procurement, Contracting, and Implementation

Transportation mega projects have become increasingly more common and complex, resulting in the need for public agencies—and their private contractors—to properly plan for and address unique challenges associated with such projects.
