A Denver Post article reported that the Denver City Council unanimously approved a redevelopment plan for Firm client Broadway Station Partners, including a $90 million tax increment package with the Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA).  This site is the old Gates Rubber site in Denver at I-25 & Broadway.  Next to Stapleton Airport, this is the largest tax increment financing that the city of Denver has approved.
