The Firm’s client, Propeller Airports, has broken ground on a new passenger terminal at Paine Field in suburban Seattle.  The Firm represented the airport sponsor, Snohomish County, in the negotiation of the unusual public-private partnership arrangement and has been representing Propeller in its negotiations with carriers for use of the new terminal.

The terminal will bring passenger service to Snohomish County for the first time and represents one of the nation’s first private design-build-finance-operate-maintain terminals.  Alaska Airlines has already announced that it will be the launch carrier when the terminal opens in 2018.  For more details, click here.
