Firm Retained as Counsel to Maryland Attorney General for Lawsuit Against FAA

The Firm has been hired by Maryland Attorney General Brian E. Frosh to represent the state as Maryland prepares to sue the Federal Aviation Administration. The suit will be over lower flight paths causing more noise for the surrounding communities.
