Our client, the City of Houston, opened a new international terminal at Houston Hobby Airport in mid-October.  The $156 million terminal was funded and built by Southwest Airlines in a novel construction and financing program that Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell helped the City negotiate.  Southwest will operate four of the five new international gates, which are also adaptable for use for domestic service.  For more information about the terminal, please read the Houston Business Journal.
