Suyash Raiborde presented at the Public-Private Partnership Government Conference on Wednesday, December 8 in Arlington, VA. The session titled, “How do I Deliver a Project with the P3 Model? Best Practices for a Successful Procurement Process,” discussed the key issues that public agencies must consider when conducting a project procurement – structuring the agreement, conducting a fair and competitive procurement process, and negotiating a final agreement that is transparent and protects the public interest.

As public agencies face challenges in finding ways to upgrade existing facilities and deliver new expansions, many are looking at P3s and alternative delivery models as an opportunity to facilitate growth. The conference focuses on how advancements in procurement, design, financing, and O&M can be applied to attendees next project.
