On March 21, 2019, Adam Giuliano presented on a panel hosted by the National Council for Public-Private Partnerships (NCPPP).  The webinar—Third Party Risks in P3 Transactions—provided an in-depth discussion focused on risks beyond parties’ control in P3 transactions, including examining how differing views on negotiation and the probability for developing a market-wide categorization of relief.
