My practice focuses on representing both private and public-sector clients in connection with the procurement, construction, financing, and operations and maintenance of a variety of infrastructure and development projects. My deep understanding of various project delivery methods, including public-private partnerships (P3 / PPP) and design-build equips me with the ability to provide seamless counsel throughout the entirety of a project and implement creative solutions to complex procurement and contracting issues.
Prior to joining the Firm, Lovely worked at an international law firm where she represented corporate clients in various financing transactions. Prior to her legal career, Lovely served as a legislative aide in the Connecticut General Assembly where she liaised with constituents and state representatives and the field director for several local, state, and congressional campaigns where she led and managed community engagement efforts.
During law school, Lovely served as the Editor-in-Chief for the CUNY Law Review and was the Founder of the Law, Innovation, Philanthropy, and Social Enterprise Society. She also advised clients through the community and economic development pre-clinic and the human rights clinic.
