I help airport clients navigate challenging legal issues by crafting innovative and pragmatic solutions tailored to each airport’s operations.
Naida Jeiroudi’s practice focuses on airport law, where she advises airport sponsors on federal grant compliance, development, leasing, and regulatory issues. Prior to joining the Firm, Nadia worked at a boutique aviation law firm, concentrating on transactional and regulatory matters. Specifically, Nadia has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, conducting due diligence, and working on behalf of foreign air carriers in obtaining the required licenses to operate to the United States.
Nadia came to the field through a career built on public interest work, focusing on disability and refugee law. She then joined the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as an Attorney-Advisor in the International Affairs and National Security Law Division. In this role, Nadia worked on bilateral aviation agreements, provided technical assistance to foreign civil aviation authorities, and advised on drone operations and amateur rocket launches in international waters. Nadia’s time at the FAA provided her with a detailed understanding of how the agency approaches legal and regulatory issues, which informs her counsel to airport clients on meeting their federal obligations.
