Today’s environment brings the risk of renewed scrutiny from the Federal and State governments, for reimbursements to public and private partners in Infrastructure projects.  2CFR200, NEPA, NHPA, BABA, Davis-Bacon, combined with State requirements and Funding Agencies requirements, creates a complex puzzle that runs the risk of affecting projects schedules and cash flows.   With the example of existing live projects, the panelists will explore approaches that project owners, partners, contractors, and sub-contractors can take to minimize these risks.
